Many of the animals in our care have been mistreated, abandoned and surrendered. Whilst an animal is in our care, it is important to ensure animals have the appropriate stimulation and enrichment that enhances the quality of care and their behaviour to ensure optimal well being. In addition to exercise this includes play toys, food and treat based activities, training and music.
Boredom and loneliness is detrimental to the welfare of animals. Significant effort is put into daily stimulation and enrichment and we are grateful to receive your support to help keep our animals mentally and physically healthy.
