If you currently participate in recurring sponsorship outside of the Do Good, Be Better please contact the charity and inform them that you’d like to make your donations via Do Good, Be Better. Ask the charity to supply you with a Supporter ID which you will then need to add into your Account.

Search for a relevant charity or charity projects and select the appropriate frequency. If the charity you currently support is not on Do Good, Be Better, please contact support@goodcompany.org about bringing them on board.

A Supporter ID is generated by a charity, and it allows them to correctly allocate your donation. Many charities may also use your email address to correctly allocate your sponsorship donation. Please be aware of this if you have chosen to donate anonymously.

Go into My Account> Settings > Profile and Account > scroll down to Supporter IDs and add the ID

You will need to contact the charity to organise alternative methods of payment.

Please contact the charity to arrange another payment method for your sponsorship.
