Is my donation safe and secure?
Yes. All data is acquired under 128-Bit SSL Security and only customers whose internet browsers support global 128-Bit encryption can use the GoodCompany system.
Payroll giving donations are processed by AUB Group payroll. Each pay, AUB Group payroll transfers the donations to GoodCompany, who distribute the funds to the various charities on our behalf.
Credit card donations are processed utilising the eWay Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. eWay processes online credit card transactions for companies in almost all industries in Australia. Information about eWay can be found here
Will AUB Group and GoodCompany protect my privacy?
Yes.
Personal information will only be used for administering this program and your donations will be anonymous if you choose to ‘opt out’ of communications from the charity. To approve/deny your details being shared with the charities you support, you need to:
- Login
- Go to My Account by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner
- Select Settings from the left menu panel
- Select Communications Settings
- Under Charity Partners: select the option to ‘be contacted directly from the charities you support’
- Click ‘save’
Who has access to my information?
AUB Group Payroll has access to your information to process your donations. Information is shared with the AUB Group Corporate Social Responsibility team for internal tracking and reporting purposes.
GoodCompany also have access to information about your donations and volunteering through the Do Good, Be Better system. Please note GoodCompany does not have access to your remuneration details.
